Welcome to The Wonderful World of Sidy Boy. Here we strive to give you great all breed dog information, dog health information, a true reputable breeder directory, rescue directory as well as boarding kennels, pet groomers, dog trainers and professional handlers! The best part is, There is no fee to be listed!

We do not list breeders of mixed breeds or those who breed "strange versions" of recognized breeds (teacups, etc). Bad breeders cannot buy their way onto this site since everything is free... and we get to choose which breeders we want to allow on this site.

To top it all off, if a great breeder/rescue doesn't have a website... we'll design one for free! Seriously! We understand that it's difficult breeding responsibly and being involved in dog rescue, and we don't think you should have to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a website.

It truly is a wonderful world!

Why is Our Directory Different Than Other Sites?

Other Sites

This Site

Requires health testing on breeding dogs NO YES
Health testing breeding dogs helps to assure that the puppy you buy will be less likely to have medical problems throughout his life.
Requires that breeders compete with their dogs NO YES
Breeders who compete with their dogs in hunting trials, conformatin events, agility etc., are more involved in their breed and want to compare their dogs to others in the breed.
Requires breeders to sell pets on spay/neuter contracts. NO YES
Breeders who require this aim to help control the pet population as well as preserve their lines by not allowing unplanned breedings.
Requires breeders take back dogs if owner cannot keep them. NO YES
The breeder is responsible for the puppy for it's entire life- by always accepting them back into their care, it helps assure that rescue groups and humane shelters wont have to handle their dogs.
Requires all dogs are purebred. NO YES
Though we do love mixed breeds, we do not condone the intentional breeding of them. The vast majority of those who breed mixed breeds are not testing for health issues and are simply producing puppies to make money. We will not list breeders of mixed breeds, but we WILL list rescue groups.
Screens breeders so that no puppymills, brokers, backyard breeders get listed. NO YES
Our breeders are required to complete a long application and everything is approved manually- there are NO instant approvals. Our directory may not have as many listed as other sites, but that is due to the fact that we reject far more breeders than we list. A bad breeder cannot simply buy their way into our directory. Ethical breeders are listed free, bad breeders are not permitted.
