The Wonderful World of Sidy Boy
I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I've lived in the same house my entire life, and will never live anywhere else. This house will always be home to me, and even though there are nicer houses available, nothing is quite like home to me.

When I was growing up, we had a very moody Pekingese that truly hated kids. This was an issue since there were 6 kids here. We all learned to stay away from her, and to do our best not to upset her. When I was about 8 years old, my brother got a black Labrador Retriever. It was then that I realized that not all dogs were trying to kill me, and my love for dogs truly began.

At age 14, I was allowed to get my very own dog. We found a Shepherd mix in the paper for $25. My brother took me to get her, and Tesla was a wonderful part of my life. After that, we had numerous dogs. Many have now passed on, however they will never be forgotten.

When I was 19, I went to work at a dog kennel. They showed and bred dogs, as well as boarding and grooming. I learned quite a bit there, and even took home a few of the puppies. The dog that this site is named for was a pup that came from there.

I spend most of my life with dogs- at work I'm surrounded by no less than 20 dogs a day, I come home and take care of my 4 dogs, and also run several dog websites now. Sometimes when your life goes to the dogs, it's not a bad thing!

I come from a very close family, however none of them can truly figure out why I'm so insane about dogs. My dogs are the only children I'll ever have, and I treat them as such. My mother and I live together, and she is now retired and she stays with the dogs while I'm at work. The dogs are rarely ever left alone, and the rare times when they are alone, we're both nervous wrecks until we get back to them. The dogs are a bit rotten I suppose, but they're my rotten boys, and I adore them.
